At TBTC, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back!
Please read our simple and transparent return & exchange policy below:
🕒 Exchange Window – 5 Days

If you receive the wrong product or have a genuine size issue, you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery (counting the delivery day).

We’re unable to accommodate requests beyond this window, so please try your items as soon as they arrive.
🔁 One-Time Free Exchange

We allow one free exchange per order for size issues or incorrect items.

A free reverse pickup will be arranged if your PIN code is serviceable.

If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, you can self-ship the item and we’ll credit up to ₹100 as a coupon once we receive it.

(Your first exchange is on us!)
💵 Price Differences on Exchange

If you want to exchange for a higher-priced item, a payment link will be sent for the difference.

The replacement will be shipped after the payment is completed.
✅ Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Fold items neatly when returning.

We cannot accept items that appear used, washed, or are missing original tags/packaging.
❌ No Returns/Exchanges on Non-Apparel Items

Accessories (mugs, notepads, tote bags, stickers, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.

If you receive a damaged accessory, contact us within 5 days with photos — we’ll make it right.
🔧 Defective or Damaged Items

Email us at teebtc12@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be issued.
🙅 “Didn’t Like It” or Change of Mind

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for personal preference if the order is correct and has no quality issues.
🚫 No Cash Refunds for Size Issues

We only offer size exchanges, not cash refunds, for wrong size orders.

Refunds are only offered for genuine defects, damage, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
💰 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll contact you for details).

Please allow a 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item to process the refund.
🏷 Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a coupon are not eligible for cash refunds.

Size exchanges (for apparel) or store credit may be offered instead.
🎨 Slight Variations

Minor differences in color or design placement may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Misuse or Damage

Items returned in used/damaged condition due to misuse will not be refunded or exchanged.

If your delivery package appears tampered, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
