  • For regions like Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, please allow up to 10 working day.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details on your email.
  • Haven’t received your tracking info within 48 hours?

🚚 Which courier partners do you use?

We work with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress based on your delivery pincode.

What if the tracking says 'Delivered' but I haven't received my order?

This can happen if the package is accepted by:

  • A family member

  • Neighbour

  • Building guard or office mailroom

But don’t worry — if you did not receive your package, here’s what to do:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

  2. We’ll immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and start an investigation.

  3. If it's a genuine case of non-delivery, we will issue a full refund after the investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
